Blackout: Mefjus, Black Sun Empire b2b Teddy Killerz, e.a.

Blackout, the night run by Utrecht's Black Sun Empire and the label of the same name, takes over Ronda at TivoliVredenburg on Friday 27 November, with doors at 23:55 and an expected finish at 05:59. The venue bills it as the city's own drum and bass night and lists it as 18+ with ID required.

Mefjus takes the top line. Black Sun Empire play back to back with Teddy Killerz, two acts who have been part of the Blackout and Eatbrain axis for years, and Gridlok appears with a set billed as Symptoms of the Chaos Mind. Screamarts goes back to back with Manta, with Neuroheadz and Miinerva also on the bill. MC Dart and Multiplex host, the same pairing the promoter has used across recent editions.

This is the third Blackout at TivoliVredenburg this year. The May edition in Ronda ran Black Sun Empire × Levela, Mob Tactics × Skrimor, Pythius × Prolix, Skeptical × Molecular, Turno and Silvahfonk; September's Blackout Rewind leaned on Aphrodite, Dillinja and Matrix b2b Optical. The November bill pulls the series back towards the technical end.
