Agressor Bunx are back on Eatbrain. EDM Identity reported on 28 August that the Ukrainian pair's new Feral Rage EP lands on the Budapest label as part of its fifteen-year anniversary campaign — the same campaign that brought Neonlight back to the catalogue earlier this month.
The pairing is closer to a homecoming than a signing. Agressor Bunx have been one of Eatbrain's most consistent recurring acts for the best part of a decade, with the Massacre EP issued as EATBRAIN057 and later solo EPs including The Order, Acid Mirage and Death Meadow all housed on the label's Bandcamp alongside the rest of the roster. Few artists outside the core Eatbrain inner circle have that many catalogue numbers to their name there.
What the anniversary run is actually doing
Read the two August stories together and the shape of Eatbrain's fifteenth year becomes clear: rather than a single compilation dumping thirty tracks into the market, Jade is spacing the anniversary across individual EPs from artists with long histories on the label.
